DBSA Merrimack Valley

Welcome

Come and be supported by peers who have "been there" and have a unique understanding of how you feel.

DBSA Merrimack Valley's mission is to improve the lives of people living with mental illness.

Our meetings, Thursdays, 7:00 to 8:30 (see our meeting page)  are open to anyone who suffers from the symptoms of a mood disorder, and their families and friends.  It is a
supportive, trustworthy, respectful, nonjudgmental atmosphere to share strategies, tips, and experiences to help others cope successfully with depression or bipolar disorder.

No appointments or referrals are needed to participate in our groups.  We do not require membership or fees.

Due to the sensitivity of the issues discussed and for the privacy of our members, participants in group must be at least 18 years of age.

Come get supported!

Merrimack Valley DBSA is a self-supporting chapter and we do not charge membership fees for our support group. We must again ask you to send what you are able, so that our chapter can continue to offer its services of support to those in need.  Merrimack Valley DBSA is a 501(c) 3 not-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Your generous donations save lives.

 Thank you!!

We've been there, We can help.
